		<description>I don&#039;t understand these &quot;lawmakers&quot; who claim text messages and online messaging should be exempt from open records.  Any lawmaker who feels this way makes me question their level of honesty and open government compliance participation. In other words, what do they have to hide?

This also makes me wonder just how many lawmakers are using these forms of communication in secret. Hmmm...something to remember to request in future open records requests.
