Friday Link Round Up – brought to you by sports massage.

I got a “sports massage” at Kneaded Relief yesterday. It was less relaxing than other massages I’ve gotten, but I’m all stretched out and knot free today. I swear I’m an inch taller now than I was before the massage – it was great!

Columbus needs faith in First Amendment – Recently the Ohio Attorney General issued an opinion to the effect that the records of who has concealed carry permits (which are public documents in Ohio) can be VIEWED, but not recorded, photographed, copied or otherwise be made useful in any way. You can look all you want, but you’d better have a photographic memory if you want to share any of the information in these supposedly “open” records.

Tennessee law pioneered adoption records access – I don’t know much about the way open records relate (no pun intended) to adoption records in Wisconsin. After reading some of the comments on this article though, I can see that this is a very important issue to many people.

Kendall Hallett: Sunshine Troublemaker of the Week – Why look at that! Kendall Hallett joins John Washburn as Sunshine Troublemakers from Wisconsin! Way to go, guys.
